Current alpha mechanism

FQLC1 uses scrypt and ChaCha20-Poly1305 as its standards floor. Exact Apollonian traces and the geometric permutation are inspectable learning mechanisms, not independent cipher or post-quantum claims. Only synthetic fixtures are admitted.
